Launching a new mobility service is challenging when future demand is unknown. Our new study presents a practical framework for identifying the best locations for on-demand pooled transit feeders before deployment. Tested in 12 areas of Kraków, the approach helps cities prioritize pilot projects and make more informed investment decisions in shared mobility.
